FY 2025 CRP FER Now Open (10/23/2026)
The FY 2025 CRP FER located in AG1 is now available for completion and submission. All FY 2025 CRP FERs must be submitted to RIDE no later than November 15, 2026.  Please note that the FY 2025 CRP grants which began on July 1, 2024, were run as 27-month projects ending on September 30, 2026. All unexpended balances from the FY 2025 CRP programs do not carry over into future projects, since these funds have reached the end of their funding availability. When completing the FY 2025 FER's expenditure adjustments page, LEAs must enter $0.00 for all carryover amounts and acknowledge carryover less than remaining when reporting an unspent balance.

Please note that the FY 2026 and FY 2027 CRP ESSA and IDEA project periods have returned to a 12-month budgeting cycle (July 1st - June 30th).  As in the past, allocated CRP funds are available for a total of 27 months from July 1st in the year when the funds first become available (allocated) and carryover funds will remain available for an additional 15 months after the initial 12-month project/budget period.
FY 2026 FERs Now Past Due (10/16/2026)
Please note that the FY 2026 Final Expenditure Reports (FERs) are now past due.  In the AG2 system, a project FER can be started by changing the application status from "RIDE Final Approved" to "FER Started".  This status change can be achieved on the Sections page of the application.  Once the application status is changed to "FER Started", the AG2 system will generate the FER pages needed to be completed within the application.  Prior to changing the application status to FER started, reconcile expenditures and reimbursements. If additional funds are owed to you, submit your final reimbursement requests.  If total receipts exceed total expenditures, excess funds must be refunded back to RIDE.  FERs for the FY 2026 consolidated projects must be submitted to RIDE before the FY 2027 consolidated projects will be RIDE final approved.
